AM Development - Process and structure optimization

We have developed proprietary SLM parameters to speed up the manufacturing process without a decrease in material properties. Development covered Ti-6Al-4V, AISI 316L and 15-5PH Steel.

Testing under activity coved i.a. :

- static tensile test

- impact testing

- density desting

- OM / SEM with EDS and EBSD

- outgassing properties of Additively Manufactured Ti-6Al-4V and AISI 316L in line with ECSS-Q-ST-70-02C i ECSS-E-ST-10-03C.

- pressure fatique testing

The project results were implemented mainly in high pressure and high vacuum industries.
